Job summary

The Blossoms at White River Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an LPN or RN for a full-time night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in Crossroads, AR. The role involves rounding to assess residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, administering medications, treatments, and consulting with physicians, while coordinating with the director of nursing and staff.

Candidates should have 2+ years of nursing in long-term care, hold an AR license (or compact license), and demonstrate strong judgment,

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN or RN in good standing in AR (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years' nursing experience in long-term care
• Long term care experience preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills

FULL TIME

SHIFT AVAILABLE:

WEEKEND OPTION

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shift)

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

• Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents




• Prepares and administers medications charts as required




• Administers treatments




• Consults with physicians




• Communicates with director of nursing and staff

Job Requirements

• Long term care experience preferred




• Minimum of 2 years' experience in nursing in a long-term care environment




• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in AR (or hold a compact license)




• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills




• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills




• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
