Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
• Commitment to high quality care and resident dignity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Respect HIPAA standards and resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, showers.
• Manage medication reminders and accompaniment to meals and activities.
• Provide companionship and personal support to maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Walk/perform rounds around campus, including use of golf carts for transporting residents.
• Attend to resident needs across a large campus with reliable attendance.
