Job summary

Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community in Escondido, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers for our memory care residents. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, meal services, and creating a safe, supportive environment in our memory care unit.

Shifts include PM hours (3pm–11pm) on Sunday through Tuesday. Prior memory care experience is preferred; a criminal background check is required. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required for all employees.
• Be responsible, self-motivated, team-oriented.
• Genuine caring attitude toward seniors with memory loss.
• Speak professionally and compassionately with families.
• Reliable with good follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide occasional light housekeeping.
• Escort residents to meals and serve meals.
• Support memory care residents and medication management as needed.
• Contribute to a safe, caring memory care environment.
