Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community in Escondido, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers for night-time care. You will work one-on-one with residents, assist with activities of daily living, provide light housekeeping, escort to meals, and support medication management.

Training will be provided; weekend and holiday availability is preferred. We value kindness, reliability, and professionalism, and you will join a dedicated team that serves residents with dignity and respect

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check, drug screening, and basic physical exam.
• Seek excellence in care and attention to detail for residents
• Maintain HIPAA standards and promote resident dignity
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Prior caregiving experience not required, training provided

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Occasional light housekeeping for residents
• Escort residents to and from meals
• Medication management services
• Respond to resident emergencies as needed
