Job summary

DAS Aviation is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor to lead weekend operations across Structures, Paint, Nacelle, and Composite Bond. You will coordinate daily workflows, ensure safety and quality standards, and oversee shop personnel.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced MRO environment and strong communication skills. Qualifications include 3–5 years in aircraft maintenance, an FAA A&P license preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional aircraft or component maintenance experience.
• FAA A&P license preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and fluently speak English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the weekend shift operations for Structures, Paint, Nacelle, and Composite Bond departments.
• Coordinate pre-planned repair operations and establish workflow priorities.
• Manage shop floor schedules to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to drive process improvements.
• Develop personnel to achieve departmental performance goals and conduct evaluations.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to shop staff.
