Responsibilities

• Develops and provides structured activities including attendant care and psychosocial group activities.
• Maintains safe, productive environment during client attendance.
• Provides transportation to activities/appointments (valid driving record).
• Provides medication observation in community and supported housing settings.
• Maintains records for reporting, evaluation, and clinical purposes.
• Meets deadlines for daily paperwork and reports.
• Completes trainings and adheres to ELC policies and procedures.
