Job summary

Elizabeth Layton Center in Ottawa, KS is seeking a part-time Youth Specialist to join our CBS team. You will supervise and support youth with severe emotional disturbance, delivering individual and group services in schools, homes, and community settings. This role reports to the CBS Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 40 hours of training or have equivalent prior training.
• Must pass Medicaid regulations security check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one psychosocial rehabilitation services for youth.
• Develop and lead structured psychosocial group activities.
• Support youth goals and treatment plans in schools, home, and community settings.
• Document activities and maintain accurate records.
