The ideal candidate will have an active RN license in Indiana, and at least a year of high acuity nursing experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high acuity nursing experience.
• Comfort providing care in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine patient care needs.
• Initiate Plan of Care in accordance with physician orders.
• Document all patient assessments and admission records.
