Qualifications

• Must have business administration degree and/or relevant experience in long-term care.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for admissions and guide families through the process.
• Identify and develop referral sources and maintain relations with hospitals and agencies.
• Coordinate admissions, including paperwork and assessments, with care planning input.
• Explain facility services, policies, and procedures to prospective residents and families.
• Maintain accurate records related to admissions and documentation.
