Mativ is seeking a detail‑oriented batch operator at our Windsor, CT facility to ensure accurate mixing of adhesives with solvents and additives. You will weigh, measure, mix, and inventory adhesives, solvents, and additives while maintaining lot control and proper labeling.

Training will be provided, with emphasis on safety and data logging. This role offers a 15% shift differential and requires adherence to MSDS PPE requirements and clean, orderly work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Good mathematical skills and ability to use measuring devices.
• Ability to follow safety rules and MSDS PPE requirements.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Punctual and reliable attendance per policies.
• Experience with adhesives, solvents, or chemicals is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Mix adhesives with solvents and additives according to instructions.
• Weigh and measure materials accurately at shifts start.
• Verify material quantities delivered from warehouse.
• Log mixing data and maintain lot control.
• Label drums and totes and prepare for machine delivery.
• Maintain clean mixing room and safe handling of solvents.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
