Job summary

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center – Acute Care Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist for a full‑time position. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and active licensure in Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within required timeline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to document and share progress.

Responsibilities

• Interpret referrals and perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patient goals and discharge planning.
• Document patient care, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Maintain productivity standards and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams and supervise staff as appropriate.
