Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for inpatient weekend coverage. The role is 1.2 hrs/week (0.03 FTE) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $54.00 per hour. This position requires Illinois licensure, a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy to inpatients on weekends as needed.
• Maintains patient plans of care and collaborates with PT/PTA staff.
• Documents treatment in EMR and ensures compliance with departmental guidelines.
• Participates in continuous improvement and department initiatives.
