Ivy Park at Belmont, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks an Activity Assistant to organize and lead engaging activities for our senior community in Belmont, CA. You will support the Activity Director, promote resident participation, and help create a safe, enjoyable social environment.

The role requires 1 year of activity coordination with seniors (preferred), a valid driver's license, and proficiency in MS Office. We offer comprehensive benefits and supportive team environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C license with Passenger Endorsement ( Class B/C preferred).
• Able to operate a PC and be proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Activity Director in providing an engaging social atmosphere and promote resident participation through scheduled activities, excursions, events, guest speakers, movies, exercise sessions, clubs, games, and art opportunities.
• Develop, recruit, manage and schedule Community Volunteers as needed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, visitors, colleagues, and supervisors.
