Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Activities Assistant for weekends at Landing at Watermere Woodland Lakes in Conroe, Texas. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational programs tailored to residents' care plans and needs.

The position requires a warm, friendly demeanor, strong English communication, and weekend availability. You will work with a team to encourage participation, document progress, and support family involvement in activities and services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a current Driver’s License.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English with proper speech and grammar.
• Warm, friendly and caring manner on first impression.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and providing activities in line with care plans.
• Observe and record resident engagement and progress.
• Coordinate with social services and volunteers.
• Support residents during crafts, hobbies, and one-on-one visits.
• Transport residents using the shuttle bus.
