Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing activities and events for residents, including weekend activities, games, and special events
• Engage with residents in arts and crafts, music, and exercise programs to promote socialization and well-being
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to activity program development
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
