Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Activities Assistant for weekends at Landing at Watermere Woodland Lakes in Conroe, TX. This role supports planning and delivering engaging programs for residents under care plans and regulatory guidelines.

Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Must be friendly, patient, and able to work with diverse teams; weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a current Driver’s License.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English with proper speech and grammar.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, tact and courtesy with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for residents.
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement; document progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in community planning and volunteer activity assignments.
• Ensure progress notes are informative and descriptive of services provided.
• Refer residents to appropriate social services when needed.
• Provide one-on-one visits and assist with crafts, hobbies, and resident engagement.
