The Brook at High Falls Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part Time Activities Assistant who is energetic, artistic, and enjoys working with the geriatric population. The ideal candidate must be reliable and organized and capable of running programs independently.

Responsibilities include assisting with coordination of resident activities, helping with meal trays, and carrying out weekend activities. Flexible hours include weekends from 9 AM to 5 PM to support resident engagement.

The Brook at High Falls Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 28-bed facility with a quiet, homelike environment. We are currently seeking a Part Time Activities Assistant that is energetic, artistic and loves working with the geriatric population.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized and be able to run programs on their own.
