Job summary

The Brook at High Falls is seeking a part-time Activity Assistant to support daily resident programs in a skilled nursing setting. The role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Ideal candidates are team players with experience coordinating and assisting activities, transporting residents to events, and maintaining records. The Brook at High Fallsis looking for a part time Activity Assistant. This position the hours are Monday-Friday 10a-3p. The ideal candidate is a team player and has Activity experience specifically in a skilled nursing facility. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with setting up and providing programming

• Assistant with nourishment

• Transporting residents to and from activities

• Record Keeping
