The Brook at High Falls in Rochester, NY is seeking a part-time Activity Assistant. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have activity experience in a skilled nursing facility and be a dependable team player. Duties include setting up and delivering programming, assisting with nourishment, transporting residents, and maintaining records. Part-time staff are eligible for paid time off.

• Experience with activities in skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong record-keeping and resident care skills.

The Brook at High Fallsis looking for a part time Activity Assistant. This position the hours are Monday-Friday 10a-3p. The ideal candidate is a team player and has Activity experience specifically in a skilled nursing facility. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with setting up and providing programming

• Assistant with nourishment

• Transporting residents to and from activities

• Record Keeping

Part-time employees are entitled to paid time off!

Salary: $17 / hour
