Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under supervision, follow treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to the clinical team. This role offers weekend hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old and reliable transportation.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
