Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Marlboro Township, New Jersey, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training from a BCBA supervisor.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and share progress with families, while training continues. Flexible afternoon/evening shifts support family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and dependable schedule.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
