Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home settings. You will help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will work under the guidance of an experienced BCBA, collecting data on treatment goals during sessions, and collaborating with families to implement behavior plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
