Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Burlington, VT to deliver outstanding hospitality and parking services. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and manage vehicle parking and retrieval in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and attention to detail; schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekend requirements. Compensation is hourly plus tips, with benefits options available through the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients and colleagues.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money and time.
• Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time.
• Manual transmission driving is desirable.
• Parallels parking skills are preferred.

Responsibilities
