Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable driving a community van and maintaining a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident activities, events, games, and social programs.
• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings and events.
• Help residents enter and exit the community vehicle safely.
• Build meaningful relationships and encourage resident participation.
• Set up and clean up activities after events.
• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and transportation logs.
• Assist residents with walkers, packages and personal belongings as needed.
• Bring positive energy and compassion to every interaction.
