Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role in keeping store displays, pricing, and signage accurate to help customers locate products easily. You may assist customers occasionally and collaborate with the Merchandising Services Team to ensure merchandising tasks are completed safely and to Lowe's standards.

The role supports a part-time schedule, with opportunities for growth and participation in Lowe's benefits programs as described by the company.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, incl. digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replaced when missing.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
