Job summary

Join Lowe's as a Merchandising Services Associate, acting as a bridge between Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience. You will create eye-catching product displays, ensure accurate signage, pricing, and planograms, and support daily merchandising projects across the floor.

You'll work mostly independently with limited customer interaction, but engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and helping locate merchandise

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Capacity to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update signage, wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital records.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are replaced if missing.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items, signs, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
