Job summary

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate so products are easy to locate. You create safe, visually appealing displays that attract customers and support sales.

Most work is behind the scenes, but you may assist customers by answering questions and guiding them to merchandise. The role includes a part-time schedule with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and labels are present.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair or replace damaged signage or displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
