Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product displays across Lowe's stores. You will create safe, visually appealing displays and assist customers when opportunities arise, providing product or warranty information and locating merchandise.

The role balances mostly independent work with customer interactions when needed, offering a pathway to develop merchandising skills in a large retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
