Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure stores have accurate signage, pricing and displays to help customers find products. You create attractive product displays and support store operations.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, with occasional customer questions; you’ll work with Merchandising Services Team and store leadership to execute merchandising resets and drive add-on sales.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, including digital records.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and optimizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise or displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution in-store.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
