Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a compassionate, organized LPN to join the Movement Disorders team in an outpatient setting. You will support physicians and RNs, room patients, and help coordinate care for individuals with complex neurological conditions.

The role emphasizes patient education, relationship building, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Commitment to compassionate patient care in a neurology outpatient setting.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Experience with patient education and coordinating care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient needs within LPN scope.
• Support physicians and RNs with clinic visits and coordination of care.
• Manage prior authorizations, medication refills, and disability paperwork.
