Qualifications

• Current RN license (Ohio) or compact state licensure.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinic visits and rooming patients.
• Coordinate care and respond to MyChart messages.
• Support physicians and RNs in nursing care and triage.
• Lead process improvements for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist with prior authorizations, medications, and disability paperwork.
