Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate so products are easy to locate. You will create eye-catching displays and support in-store merchandising with attention to safety and accessibility.

You may interact with customers occasionally, answer questions, and assist in locating merchandise while maintaining tall standards of organization and floor presentation. This role offers a weekday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and arranging displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
