Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Everett, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support an in-home client with daily living tasks, safety, and dignity. You will follow the care plan, work independently, and communicate with the family and care team.

You will transport the client as needed, maintain a clean, safe home and vehicle, and contribute to a supportive, respectful care environment. Great for someone with CNA/HCA credentials and CPR.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA or HCA license.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association) preferred/required as applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability and endurance to perform caregiving tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

• Assist clients with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks that the client is unable to complete independently.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands when needed.
• Monitor and communicate changes in the client’s condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle when transporting the client.
• Respond appropriately and responsibly to emergencies or unusual situations.

CNA/HCA/CAREGIVER NEEDED

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Everett, WA. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND RELIABLE, INSURED VEHICLE ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. The caregiver will provide transportation for the client as needed for appointments, errands, shopping, and other activities.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday
Hours between 8:30AM – 2:30 PM

COMPENSATION

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment

JOB SUMMARY
