Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Everett seeks a compassionate CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide in-home support for a local client. The role offers a steady daytime schedule Monday–Friday, about 20 hours per week, with a part-time arrangement and reliable transportation required.

You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, accompany the client to appointments, provide meals and medication reminders, and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful and dependable caregiver.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background check and references required.

• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Keep the vehicle clean and safe when transporting the client.
• Respond to emergencies and unusual situations.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Everett, Washington.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND RELIABLE, INSURED VEHICLE ARE REQUIRED. The caregiver must be able to transport the client as needed for medical appointments, errands, shopping, and other activities.

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Part-time: 20 hours per week/Other shifts are also available

COMPENSATION

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support with daily living activities while creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client. You will work independently while following the client's care plan and communicating with the family and care team as needed.

You will also safely transport the client when necessary.

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
