Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to assist a 22-year-old male with I/DD in his home. This independent contractor role covers light ADLs, companionship, and community activities, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a Thursday/Friday 10:00–17:30 schedule plus Saturday flexibility.

• Provide proven caregiving experience or relevant training.

• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Accompanying to social events and community outings.

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

The individual is a 22 years-old male in need of a caregiver to support with some ADL's, companionship, and community outings.

By applying for this position, you acknowledge and understand that this role is offered on an independent contractor basis, and not as an employee of the company. The role pays $18.00 hourly.

Schedule

Thursdays and Fridays from 10am-5:30pm

Saturdays Flexible

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
• Meal preparation and light cleaning
• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• Complete daily progress notes
