Qualifications

• Proven leadership, coaching and training of teams.
• Strong understanding of food cost and pricing menu items.
• Menu curation and creative development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with wedding venues or catering large private events preferred.
• Ability to work independently with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small kitchen staff.
• Drive and manage the kitchen side of the catering business.
• Develop, create and drive menu development while maintaining current menus.
• Hire and train staff to exceed guest expectations.
• Continue evolving the company while upholding high standards.
