Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to specialize in weddings and local social events. You will guide clients from inquiry through event day, pairing thoughtful sales and planning with the hotel's signature care and attention to detail.

The role includes meeting monthly sales goals, managing agreements, coordinating with hotel teams, and serving as the on-site contact. Quarterly bonus opportunities are available, along with comprehensive Hyatt benefits.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably a university degree in hotel management.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of hotel or wedding venue event sales/event planning management or comparable experience preferred.
• Sales driven and motivated by booking business.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge; Hyatt's system knowledge is a plus.
• Candidates should be detail oriented, organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients from inquiry to event day, pairing sales and planning with Hyatt's signature care.
