Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa, part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks a Wedding & Social Events Sales Manager to drive sales and manage the full lifecycle of weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events.

You will develop relationships with planners and clients, conduct site tours, and ensure flawless event execution, partnering with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of hotel catering sales, wedding sales, social event sales, or hospitality event management experience.
• Proven experience selling weddings, social celebrations, galas, mitzvahs, fundraisers, corporate events, and other high‑touch events.
• Established relationships within the South Florida wedding, social events, hospitality, or catering community are strongly preferred.

• Proactively sell and service weddings, social events, galas, mitzvahs, fundraisers, and other catered events while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and planning process.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting site tours, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating event details through execution.
• Achieve assigned revenue goals through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, venue showcases, relationship-building efforts, and the conversion of inquiries into confirmed business.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure successful event delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
