Job summary

Amber Hospitality Group seeks a Wedding Production Manager for The Yorkmont in Charlotte, NC. You will bridge planning and execution, overseeing inventory, labor, and vendor coordination to deliver flawless weddings.

The role is full-time, onsite, requiring 3+ years in wedding production or event operations and proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and event platforms. PTO and holiday pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wedding production, event operations, hospitality, or large-scale event logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously and maintain meticulous organization.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors for high-profile events.

Responsibilities

• Wedding production planning: develop production plans, timelines, staffing, rentals, and decor; distribute packets.
• Inventory & warehouse coordination: track decor, floral supplies, furniture, linens, and equipment; ensure items are pulled and stored correctly.
• Labor planning: create event-specific labor plans for production, setup, breakdown, and service teams.
• Department & vendor coordination: act as main production contact with internal teams and external vendors; lead meetings.
• Event readiness & execution: perform final readiness reviews and provide onsite support; handle last-minute pivots.
• Process improvement: refine checklists and SOPs; report risks to leadership.
