Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Stateline, NV, is seeking a Wedding & Event Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences from inquiry to completion. This on-site role requires daily presence at the resort to cultivate relationships, oversee event execution, and collaborate with operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality sales, wedding sales, catering, event planning, or hotel operations experience.
• Demonstrated success in relationship management, event coordination, and customer service.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
• Daily on-site presence at the resort is required.
• TIPS certification and Food Handling (cost and certifications provided by Company). Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact from booking through event completion.
• Meet clients before, during, and after events to ensure expectations and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate timelines, menus, layouts, vendors, and resort departments for seamless execution.
• Oversee rehearsals, setup, execution, and breakdown, maintaining resort quality standards.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, and banquet/event processes; ensure compliance with company policies.
