You will collaborate with our design and operations teams to ensure every promise is brought to life, develop compelling proposals within 48 hours, own the client relationship end-to-end, and cultivate lasting partnerships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or client service environment preferred.
• Guest service mentality; sociable and friendly; strong customer focus.
• Influencing, leading and delegating abilities.
• Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self-starter who is energetic and flexible.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, planners, and industry professionals to understand vision and recommend floral and event solutions.
• Meet with clients onsite or offsite to develop event concepts and build relationships.
• Create compelling event proposals and deliver contracts within 48 hours of consultation.
• Own the client relationship from initial inquiry through event completion.
• Process deposits and payments accurately per policy.
• Respond to client questions with urgency and professionalism.
• Follow up after events to gather feedback and generate repeat business.
