Dr Delphinium Designs + Events is seeking a Weddings & Events Sales Manager to lead client relationships from first conversation to flawless execution. You will drive sales, craft inspired proposals, and guide a team to deliver the Dr Delphinium experience.

You will partner with planners, venues, and vendors, staying ahead of trends while maintaining extraordinary service and profitability. A passion for creativity and people is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven wedding and/or event sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of weddings, events, floral design, décor, color, and event aesthetics.
• Previous leadership or management experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with clients, planners, venues, and vendors to translate vision into memorable events.
• Meet with clients onsite and offsite to understand vision, priorities, and budget.
• Create inspiring proposals that showcase floral and event design possibilities.
• Own the client relationship from initial consultation through event completion, ensuring an elevated experience.
• Lead weekly team meetings and departmental alignment to drive sales and operations.
