Dr Delphinium is seeking a Wedding & Events Sales Associate who acts as a creative partner and trusted advisor, turning client ideas into unforgettable celebrations. You will connect with clients from the first inquiry through final detail, presenting inspired floral and event design solutions and building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in call center, retail, hospitality, or client service environments preferred.
• Guest service mindset with sociable, friendly demeanor and genuine customer focus.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and planners to understand their vision and propose floral and event solutions.
• Meet with clients onsite or offsite to develop concepts and build lasting relationships.
• Create compelling event proposals and contracts within 48 hours of consultation.
• Own the client relationship from inquiry to event completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process deposits and payments accurately per policy.
• Respond to client questions with urgency and professionalism.
• Follow up after events to gather feedback and generate repeat business.
