Dr Delphinium in Dallas seeks a proactive Design Support team member to oversee product movement, inventory, and on-site event coordination. This role collaborates with Operations Manager, sales, and design teams to keep systems organized and projects on track.

The person should be hands-on, service-minded, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment. This position supports both internal operations and client-facing work.

• Comfortable working in cold environments (approx. 32°F) for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Valid Driver License (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record that meets insurance requirements (No DUI or DWI).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Delivery Experience, preferred.
• Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day design operations including restocking, shipping/receiving, and supply movement.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; communicate low stock needs to management.
• Assist with receiving shipments at the dock and organizing warehouse materials.
• Restock glassware and floral supplies in the design center.
• Remove trash and recycling to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate product transfers between store locations.
• Deliver arrangements to Corporate clients throughout the DFW Metroplex.
• Support designers with placing or transporting completed arrangements.
• Ensure the warehouse and design areas are clean, organized, and swept daily.
• Act as a liaison between sales and design during on-site client installations.
• Assist with staffing coordination for weekly accounts and weekend installations.
• Help train and coach Design Support staff, providing feedback and corrective action as needed.
• Support the Events and Holiday teams during large installations.
• Maintain a neat, professional, and client-facing appearance at all times.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
