Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Recreation, Event Management, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in hospitality, venue operations, event management, or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid Colorado driver's license.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree; experience in weddings, hospitality, tourism, or event venues; experience with ActiveNet/Team Sideline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective clients from inquiry through event completion.
• Lead venue tours and guide clients through planning processes.
• Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and schedule event support staff for operational excellence.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and performance metrics; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotions and community outreach.
• Maintain event records, calendars, contracts, and client communications.
