Qualifications

• 2+ years catering sales, event sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• A college degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue and upsell to couples.
• Build and maintain relationships with couples throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate weddings and events from start to finish for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate event records and documents using Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Tackle challenges quickly with a positive attitude to uphold excellence.
• Inspire and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service.
