Job summary

LeaderPromos Marketing Agency is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to support launching client webstores and maintaining products and data within our eCommerce platform and warehouse management system. You will collaborate with the program operations team and the eCommerce Manager to resolve issues, improve reporting, and implement process enhancements across webstore and WMS workflows.

A BS/BA in business or related field is preferred and MS Office skills are essential.

The eCommerce specialist will assist the eCommerce team in launching successful client webstores. Also, the eCommerce Specialist, you will build and maintain webstores in LeaderPromos’ eCommerce platform and warehouse management system. You will work regularly with the program operations team to maintain all website functionality, website product data, ensure accuracy with reporting, problem resolutions, and assist the eCommerce Manager and Team Lead in identifying areas of improvement and refinement, as it pertains to previously noted tasks.

Core Responsibilities

• Successfully assist eCommerce team to develop and maintain client webstores
• Utilize project management tools to maintain workload and track project deliverables
• Identify gaps/upgrades within needed reports: Sales, Stock Status, Work in Progress, Backorders, Out of Stock, PPVP
• Ability to learn order processing software

eCommerce Platform

• Review loaded products and attributes in eCommerce platform to accurately build webstores
• Create all categories associated with the MPS
• Review loaded virtual images; assign needed required product "tags"
• Troubleshoot and resolve all issues with products or webstore functionality.
• Identify root cause and resolve issue.
• Maintain and identify gaps/upgrades with converter as it pertains to the eCommerce platform uploads
• Work with cross functional teams as it pertains to visual layout of all webstores

Warehouse Management System

• Make sure products are built correctly based on how the products flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve all issues with products within WMS
• Maintain and identify gaps/upgrades with converter as it pertains to the WMS uploads
• Ability to make back-end changes/edits in WMS, fishbowl, via SQL
• Lead process improvement processes through use of tools, education, and training to increase awareness among staff members, vendors, and the community.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or related field, or combination of education or experience with emphasis in eCommerce is preferred or related experience in eCommerce and promotional product industry experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office Word and Excel
