Responsibilities

• Develop and implement TierPoint's SEO strategy, including technical optimizations, content strategy, and measurement.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance and report on traffic, conversions, and rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve crawlability and indexation.
• Perform keyword research to uncover opportunities based on market trends and TierPoint products.
• Guide content teams on what content to create and optimization practices across the site.
• Improve user journeys and conversion rates via landing page testing and CTAs.
• Maintain a detailed content roadmap for tierpoint.com and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product marketing and digital marketing to implement SEO improvements.

Website & SEO/AEO Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization professional to join the digital marketing team to build a world-class SEO function that will accelerate growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build the SEO strategy for TierPoint, including technical optimizations, programs, content strategy, and measurement.
• Monitor and analyze SEO channel performance and maintain reporting on overall performance, traffic, conversion, and keyword rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, troubleshoot site health issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve crawlability, indexation, and overall performance.
• Continually conduct keyword research to uncover new opportunities based on market trends and the evolution of the TierPoint products and services lineup.
• Perform content audits to advise content creators on what content to create and when and provide insights updates to old content and when to consolidate or remove content.
• Optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates by analyzing website performance, A/B testing landing pages, and refining CTAs and content
• Build and maintain a detailed content roadmap for the company website, tierpoint.com, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives to drive organic traffic growth.
• Execute continuous on-page SEO audits, identify improvement areas, and partner with content, product marketing, and digital marketing to make those improvements.
• Be the SEO expert for the company, continually monitoring traffic and impacts of algorithm changes, AI advancements, market dynamics, etc.
• Work closely with product marketing, digital, content, and more to enable all teams with SEO knowledge and best practices, helping to amplify SEO efforts further.
• Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• B2B technology organizations highly preferred
• A strong track record of building successful SEO programs from the ground up
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of SEO, including technical, content development, link-building, keyword research, programmatic SEO, and more
• Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Content Harmony, and Screaming Frog - with a desire to drive the implementation of the right tools at TierPoint
• Experience in WordPress to ensure compatibility, security and performance optimization
• Self-starter who can make proactive strategies a reality through cross-functional programs
• A passion for data with an ability to extract actionable insights from multiple data sources
• Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO
• Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
