We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Website QA Tester to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality across our eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in website testing, an understanding of eCommerce functionality, and experience working in fast-paced digital environments—preferably with agencies.

• Validate and verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across eCommerce websites, backend systems, and internal applications.
• Work closely with the QA team to create, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and ensure timely resolution and re-testing of issues.
• Continuously improve test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
• Provide QA support during scheduled deployments and releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and designers in an agile environment.
• Participate in sprint planning, form test-related tasks, and provide time estimates for QA activities.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or website testing, with a strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and user behavior.
• Previous agency experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
