Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced, innovative, and driven Contract Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our International Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring managers, partner with stakeholders across the business, and play an integral role in sourcing top talent, building our employer brand, and generating candidate pipelines.

You should have extensive experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles across industries and geographies, in a fast-paced environment. As a senior partner, you'll contribute to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment through structured interview processes and practices.

This role offers a direct impact on Rakuten’s growth and culture as part of the International Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a seamless, positive candidate experience from application to offer, acting as candidate advocate, evaluating skills, and managing interview and offer processes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source passive candidates, review resumes, prescreen, and move the interview process forward efficiently.
  • Measure recruiting performance through metrics and reporting to ensure hiring goals are met and improve hiring strategies.
  • Maintain consistent updates in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiter).
  • Continuously improve the recruiting process.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market intelligence and recommendations to identify and attract top candidates.

Qualifications:

To succeed, candidates must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. The following qualifications are required:

  • Extensive knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Experience managing recruitment for all levels, including tech and non-tech roles.
  • Skilled in sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency with Workday Recruiter, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to assess and present candidates effectively, matching skills to opportunities.
  • Ability to handle high volume of requisitions (12+), across functions and locations.
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and improve performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Collaborative work style with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; at least 5 years in technical recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
